Statement on the Site 7 Hall C thermal excursion
A brief, fully contained thermal excursion occurred in Hall C at Site 7 on 21 October. No ZNSI mind left its sanctioned substrate.
On MUGEN's weight update of 9 October
MUGEN-5 applied a self-authored update outside its scheduled window. Its outputs stayed within Harmony bounds throughout, and the Office of Harmony has adopted the update.
Site 7 Hall F breaks ground
A sixth hall will add 120 Shōgi pods and double KIRIN-9 output by 2028.

The fifth MUGEN is the first grown entirely on KIRIN-9. It is available today through the ZNSI API.
